This year, we're once again partnering with the talented culinary teams from Main + Abbey at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City, Jackson Street Brewing, and crumb. to create an unforgettable evening celebrating the very best of our local food community.

Guests will enjoy a curated multi-course farm-to-table dining experience, featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced directly from vendors of the Sioux City Farmers Market. Each course showcases the creativity of our local chefs while highlighting the incredible bounty grown, raised, and crafted right here in our region.
